Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Returns are applicable only on orders shipped within India.

We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged and in an unused condition.

If you have received a damaged product, please write to us at tadaabee@gmail.com to facilitate the return or exchange of the product within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order. Include images of the product showing the damage to help our quality control team authenticate the damage claim. Once approved, we will replace the product.

Returns/refunds/replacements are not applicable on orders placed during the Sale period.

For customized orders like pre-cut fabrics and swatches, no returns or exchanges are applicable.
Cancellation

We do not accept any cancellation requests post shipping.
Changes in your order information

If you have entered an incorrect pin code or contact number, please write to us at tadaabee@gmail.com to rectify the issue. Note that we can update the correct code or number only if the order has not been processed by our shipping partner (until the status of the order remains unfulfilled).
