Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Orders typically take 2-3 working days to be processed and dispatched (unless otherwise mentioned in the product description section). Once dispatched, delivery takes 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery pin code. If the order includes more than one item, the dispatch time will be determined by the item that takes longest to be dispatched.

Orders containing fabrics/swatches will be dispatched in 4-5 working days. For those orders that include fabrics along with any of our other products, the fabrics will be dispatched separately and from a separate facility. Tracking details will also be shared separately.

Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and gazette holidays. Unforeseen circumstances like strikes that affect business operations or force businesses to close down for the day will be considered non-working days and impact delivery timelines.

On the delivery day, our courier partner will attempt to contact you through a call or SMS to hand over your package. Note that the courier partner will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the partner is unable to reach you, the order will be returned to us.

Following are the shipping charges for pan-India:

- Pre-paid orders above Rs. 2,000 - Free

- Pre-paid orders below Rs. 2,000 - Rs. 150

- COD orders above Rs. 2,000 - Rs. 100

- COD orders below Rs. 2,000 - Rs. 250

International Shipping

  • Tadaabee processes international orders within 2-3 working days. Once dispatched, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks for the order to be delivered, depending on the country. The final dispatch time will depend on all the products in the order.

  • Shipping rates will vary according to the country the order is being delivered to. The number of items in the order may also affect shipping rates, which will be calculated during checkout.

  • Buyers are responsible for covering customs and import taxes, if any. Tadaabee will not be liable for delays during customs checks.

  • Returns, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not applicable to international orders.

Gift Wrap

  • Currently, we do not offer the option of gift wrapping our products. However, we are actively working towards introducing this option soon. Thank you!

I have received a damaged product. What do I do?

  • Please do not worry. Drop us an email at with images of the damaged product within 24 - 48 hours of receiving the order. We will assess and either replace the product or refund your money, whichever is preferred.

  • The complete amount will be refunded, and it may reflect in your account within 7-10 business days from the refund processed date.

What happens if I am not available to receive my parcel?

  • Our courier partner will attempt to reach you via a phone call or SMS when delivering the order. Please ensure that you take calls from our courier partner to facilitate the delivery of your package.

  • The courier partner will make a total of three attempts to deliver your order. After the third attempt, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • Once the parcel has been shipped back to us, we will automatically cancel that order. The payment made by you towards the canceled order will be refunded via your original mode of payment.

My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What do I do?

  • If you live in a gated community/apartment complex, please check at your gate or with your security, as due to restrictions, the courier partners often leave the parcels there.

  • In case you haven’t received your order, please drop us an email at within 24 hrs of the delivery mentioned in the tracking link. We shall check with the courier service.

  • Please note: We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 24 hrs.

How can I cancel my order?

  • Please email us at for any cancellation requests. We can only cancel orders if they haven’t been processed by our shipping partner, i.e., until the status of your order remains unfulfilled. Once the order is processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

When do I get my refund for the canceled order?

  • If the payment was by credit/debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.

  • Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
